A Post graduate from Kumaun University, Vaibhav Joshi tried his luck in teaching with private tuitions. But this wasn’t a give and take business and he realized that something more, on a personal level should be devoted to motivate and encourage this adapting generation, especially through the golden era called “ adolescence”, so as to make them achieve a breakthrough for the whole life. And finally in 2016, a tough but fruitful initiative has been taken and hence RC came into existence, on the grass root level. Students are treated as kin and the problems, needs and circumstances are taken care of; so that they venture their most difficult desires and rise up sincerely to fulfill their most impossible dreams.
