What is STARS'N'BARS ?
Stars'n'Bars is essentially a sports bar and restaurant, however it is more than the sum of its parts. SNB is what we have called an “Eatertainment” centre, where people of all ages, creeds, nationalities and religions can enjoy good food, drink and company and at the same time find entertainment wherever they look.
SNB offers a full service restaurant with a world style cuisine and authentic American style sports bar. Usually, sports bars are associated with a specific sporting figure in order to capitalize on their celebrity status. SNB wasn’t in fact started by any particular sports hero, but rather by a team who put together a unique and exciting sports environment.

History
The first restaurant is in Monte Carlo, in the Principality of Monaco in the south of France. It was created by Kate Powers and Didier Rubiolo under the name STARS'N'BARS and was originally an abandoned warehouse.
The site of SNB today is now a full three-story restaurant & entertainment complex with an outdoor bar and a portside terrace. Officially opened in August of 1993, SNB Monte Carlo serves on average around 750 people per day. SNB has a very close association with the F1 Grand Prix and yachting world, where for years we host several famous parties such as the Monaco Grand Prix weekend and the annual Captains party as well.

Development plans
After twenty years of growth and success and due to the popularity and demand for our unique dining concept, SNB has taken an ambitious stance on expansion with new restaurants opening in India, and firstly in Amritsar. Before that, in 2010 was opened the first Stars unit in the United Arab Emirates (in Abu Dhabi).

The Amristar location is funded and supported in collaboration with the Amritsar based group, India House Group, and the investors responsible for bringing this vision to India are Mr. Manmohan Makhni, Mr Ranjit Makhni and Mr Dhiraj Vij.

With many enquiries from potential investors worldwide, Monte Carlo Stars now has plans to open restaurants across the globe.
