About Get Your First Job in 5 A Reddy Street, Virugambakkam, Chennai

Over 3 decades I have been working with Fresh Graduates screening them, assessing them, recruiting them, training them deploying them. In process, more than those who was recruited by me, those who could not job impacted me a lot. I feel that all these young people could be doing well, if they have the right guidance and help.

I felt that the best way to reach them out is to write all my learning and experience as book to help them "Get their First Job". This book is a step in this direction.

Anybody who is doing college graduation would find this useful. I would like hear from you all on this important topic. When more than 2 million of Indian graduates being added to job market, we have serious problem, if we cannot employ them and channelize their energy.
