Aptus Value Housing Finance India Ltd is a Housing Finance Company, Registered and Certified by National Housing Bank, (a part of RBI). Aptus has been formed to primarily address the housing finance needs of self employed, informal segment of customers, belonging to middle income, primarily from semi urban and rural markets. Despite the vibrant growth of the housing finance sector especially over the past few years, India still has one of the most severe housing shortages today in Asia.

The majority of India’s population, and especially the self employed, business segment from semi urban areas, lack access to housing finance. There is thus an urgent need to respond to the needs of this segment. Aptus would be catering to the needs of these customers.
