Dr. Pranav Naithani is an academician and social entrepreneur who conceptualised and seed funded the launch of GRACE (Goal Related Alliance for Community Education) Society with the aim of social and economic uplift of the underprivileged rural Uttarakhand (India).

Dr. Vandana Thaplyal, a renowned social worker, is the Joint Secretary of GRACE Society and along with Dr. Pranav Naithani (Secretary) leads the initiatives under the guidance of Dr. R.C. Naithani (President), Mrs. Vidya Naithani, Dr. Praveen Dhyani (Vice President) and Mr. Praveen Thaplyal (Founder Member). The initiatives are supported by other founder members: Mrs. Archana Dhyani, Mrs. Jyotsna Nautiyal, Mrs. Ruchi Balodi and Mrs. Rajnee Naithani.

GRACE Society, a self funded charity organization, is engaged in women empowerment, girl child education, skill development, livelihood enhancement, environment protection and renewal energy promotion in the rural Uttarakhand.

The society was registered on 28th February, 2014 in Dehradun (Uttarakhand, India) under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 (Act No. 21 of 1860). The head office of GRACE Society is located at Indira Nagar Colony, Dehradun and the camp office is located at village Chauras, P.O. Kilkileshwar, Tehri Garhwal, Uttarakhand, India.
