Our Story

After working on extensive research for several years with students and professionals, InnowayLabs has emerged as India’s leading education platform provider. It is the only company in India to engineer the right methodology as a personalized career transformation partner for aspirants.
Journey

Our journey started in 2012 when as part of our AI Interface Research and Psychoanalysis, we were surprised to find huge gaps in the education system.

The fundamental areas we worked on are ‘joblessness’ and ‘poor job satisfaction’.

Every year just a handful aspirants succeed at competitive exams such as the Civil Services in the very first attempt. A huge majority don’t clear exams and remain jobless for years. Sadly, many students and professionals lack the needed skills, personality development, attitude, and skill base to crack interviews, choose the right career, and excel at opportunities. Competitive exam aspirants and experienced professionals switch careers after several years of work experience and face job dissatisfaction and regret for not having written many exams.

As a result, we started our education platform to understand the same question ‘why’.

Over the years we have worked very hard with carefully engineered research and development activities with thousands of students, teachers and industry experts. In the process, we guided such students and working professionals towards success. We observed that traditional methodologies such as self study and opting for coaching institutes which focus on just one exam, do not help in preparing them for multiple opportunities.
