About Fit N Fun in , Indore

Fit n Fun is an evening physical fitness programme for kids aged 2-6 years and is aimed to provide kids a safe, secure and fun environment.

Fit n Fun is an innovative kids’ fitness programme that is guided by our belief that kids just want to have fun. Our unique five-day-a-week programme is designed for kids to have fun while improving their fitness and health. Our station-based activity approach is conceptualised by extensive research along with our findings from the Youth Fitness Specialist® certification by AFPA (American Fitness Professionals & Associates).

In addition to being safe and age-appropriate, the Fit n Fun programme is designed to target several skill and health related fitness components – Agility, Speed, Balance, Co-ordination, Power, Reaction, Strength, Cardiovascular Endurance and Flexibility.

Unlike sports, we believe that fitness is inclusive and our focus in on providing personalised attention give small batch size (15-20) and less than 10:1 student to instructor ratio.
