About the Trainer

Arun Sharma is a young and passionate certified teacher who is leading Yogic School of Health Workshops across North India. He has trained with International Instructors like Chris Gethin, Neil, and many others. Chris Gethin has been a personal trainer of Hritik Roshan, Amir Khan and John Abraham.
In last four years he has conducted workshops for hundreds of learners at various cities like Jammu, Mcleodganj, Chandigarh, New-Delhi and Shimla.
He runs regular classes at Gandhi Nagar, Jammu.
