TERMS AND CONDITION:
We request our customers to read the below mentioned points clearly.

1. Customer selects the products. We inform them about the price and all relevant details of the product shown.
2. Payment needs to be made via Bank Transfer or PayTM. If customer is from Kolkata then, they can pay by cash.
3. No Cash on Delivery option is available.
4. Once the payment is sucessful, we book the product for the customer on same day. The order is placed sucessfully.
5. Tracking number will be send to the customer within 2 working days.
6. Here, you can track the order via online shipping site.
7. Now, customer can get the shipping directly done in their premise. Also, if customer wants to take it directly from us, then they can recieve the order directly from us.
8. The order is delivered to our customer within 5 to 7 Working days (Working days doesnot includes Saturday and Sunday).

In case of Size issue:
We request our customer to confirm the exact size prior placing the order. Every order (for Shoes, Garments, etc.) has size mentioned on it. If there is still an size issue from customers end, then we will accept to change the size of product within next 5 to 7 working days, but a nominal shipping charge would be required for the following procedure.

In case of Return / Refund / Exchange:
Please accept our apologies we do not refund or accept any return in favor of order placed. We request our customer to get the queries solved prior placing the order. You can contact us anytime on given contact details. We would respond within 24 working hours.
