Sri Sarada Math—Rasik Bhita is an Educational And Cultural Wing of Sri Sarada Math. Sri Sarada Math and Ramakrishna Sarada Mission together comprise the Women’s Order, a counterpart of Ramakrishna Math and Ramakrishna Mission, established on Swami Vivekananda’s ideals of ‘Shiva Jnane Jiva Seva’. They are charitable institutions carrying on educational, cultural, medical and other activities mainly among women and children.

In January 2002, Sri Sarada Math started a non-profit welfare center in a piece of land, where once stood the house of Rasik the legendary sweeper of Dakshineshwar Kali Temple - a place which was visited a number of times by Sri Ramakrishna. As a welfare center, it sought to be the first of its kind in introducing IT education among the underprivileged girls of the neighbourhood.The courses offered here are Computer and Spoken English classes which are on a non-profit basis. Besides, value-oriented seminars and scripture classes and extra-curricular activities are conducted for a holistic development of the girls in the several ways.

At Rasik Bhita, the students not only lesson computer and Spoken English,but the different aspects of the student's personalities also take shape here. In the celebration of learning and acquiring knowledge, a plethora of activities keep them engrossed.
