Problem: The backlog of cases in India has reached an unprecedented level. People die while their cases are still pending in courts.For a vast majority of Individuals and Businesses in India,disagreements end up in lawsuits and courts, costing everyone a lot of time and money. There is a need for immediate change,

Solution: There are two solutions to this problem. 1) Mediation, i.e, an alternative dispute resolution mechanism based on the idea of settling disputes with the help of neutral third parties.
2)Higher usage of technology by the Indian Judiciary to make the processes easier and efficient.

Plan of Action: This Facebook page provides a platform to promote mediation and technology in India. Through our Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform (odrways.com), we also aim to provide online mediation for consumer disputes

For improving accessibility to mediation services, we are working towards developing an online platform for mediators in India, where the general public can easily engage with mediators. when they have disputes. (http://odrways.com/domain/)
