The Education Rehabilitation Society aiming at providing the opportunities of upgrading the knowledge to facilitate good standing for the learners seeking higher education in order to establish themselves in different professions under distance learning.

The Organization (ERS) was established under society registration act 1860 (XXI), it is one of the leading Institute in this region with knowledge and capabilities in the area of various management, technology and professional Courses. In collaboration with Manonmanium Sundaranar University (MSU), ERS Initiated to create a system of education that allows students a greater choice in education. ERS Courses allows students who have passed the 10th, 12th Standard Examinations and those who hold ITI Certificates, Diploma, BSC, BCA or equivalent, to pursue a higher qualification starting from Advanced Certificate, Diploma and going up to Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Technology, allowing students with Multiple Entry and Exit options.
ERS along with MSU has launched various Bachelor and Master Degree/Diploma Courses to make Graduates and Undergraduates more employable in domestic and overseas market.

ERS have introduced a specialized Degree and Diploma programs in the field of TQM who will help to graduates and undergraduates and managers to become specialize in TQM.

ERS intended for development of skill, up gradation of work force, enhancement of talents and perfection of the abilities apart from making education accessible to the deprived and opening up further avenues in education and consequentially in career advancement for those whose options in the present educational system is blocked.
