Mila is a project of love for me. I changed careers to start my store in the heart of Mangalore. The meaning of Mila is people's love or industrious so I hope that this store will uphold both meanings. Mila showcases designers and small business owners. You will find a great collection of limited edition pieces with many one-offs. Each collection is unique, reflecting the taste and aesthetics of it's happy owner who can be found in store. (That's me!)

Our thing - We source and sell unique clothes and accessories + we partner with small businesses and self-employed people to ensure our money goes to individual people.

Our Story - I have always loved owning something unique. However finding it, is a thrill in itself. This interest went from being as amusing as asking Mum for three pony tails (I was only three but what was I thinking?) to scouring the markets for one-off designer pieces. I find sourcing neat clothes or accessories fun and am a serious shopper!! In addition, I collaborate with small businesses because I find that artisans take a lot of time and heart to create and make each piece into a masterpiece. The fact that it is not recreated is always a plus in our eyes. From nothing they are made into a bright shiny expression of you that you can take with you any where.
