Mohammed Inam who is the proprietor, has worked in the development sector over a decade. He started his career very early in his life as a trainee in a paper bag unit (the income generation programme of the organization) and soon moved ahead to be a trainer and then took over an In-charge of the unit. His skills on production, quality and operations control have proved to be of great potentials. He always cherished a dream to start up a unit of his own which would have commercial benefits but also have a social perspective to it. Paper Productz was initiated with this vision and with a guiding principle of creation of equal opportunities.
