Nikita and Labdhi saw this phenomenon in kids around them and saw a huge opportunity to offer real world experiences to children inside and outside school. This is how 'Beyond Academics' was born. The opportunity gripped them so much so that they gave up their lucrative careers and launched BA.

Nikita has an MBA from SIMSR, Mumbai, CPA from USA and 4 years work experience in Banking and Finance.

Labdhi is a Production Engineer from VJTI, Mumbai and has an MBA in Marketing from SIMSR, Mumbai. She has 2 years work experience in Marketing in multi national firms.

BA offers the following specialized services:

1. The BA team works with schools to understand curriculum of various grades and offers specially crafts events and workshops that simulate academic concepts using real world experiences.

2. The BA LEAF club stands true to its name. It is a specially designed round-the-year social club for kids between the ages of 6 and 11. Through various education+fun events held once every month, kids enhance their social quotient while quenching their thirst for learning more.

3. Brand Activation - BA works with corporate brands looking to connect with school children and parents through specially designed educational events while showcasing the brand.
