Open Mind is a counseling service to help you cope with the stressors of life that you find overwhelming. We often don’t know who to turn to, to seek support for these issues that seem to have taken over our thoughts & lives. It is a service that will help you help yourself to deal with those issues by learning coping mechanisms that will help you to change the way you look at and deal with the stressors in your life.
My aim is to help you alter your thinking processes so that the tools learnt will help you live a happier and fulfilled life.
Dealing with the ups and downs of life can be extremely stressful at times and I understand how difficult it can be for people to take that first courageous step to seek counselling support.
The difficulties that we experience are more often than not associated with our personal relationships such as marriage, the loss of a loved one, relationship difficulties, building resilience or even problems with colleagues at work.
My goal is to help you overcome these difficulties by exploring your feelings with me, a trained counselor, so that I can help you make sense of these issues, problems that you are going through and achieve a greater balance and control in your life.
My aim is to offer you the space, time and encouragement to explore whatever issues are disturbing you, with the assurance of a therapeutic approach that is non-judgmental, caring and supportive. This will be a space where you will be respected and understood. A space where you can be yourself and discover new and positive ways to resolve your problems and achieve a more fulfilling and balanced life.
