Vadivarhe Speciality Chemicals Limited is ISO 9001-2008 certified producer and supplier various chemical intermediates and API . Earlier it was known as Fem Care Parma Limited (Chemical Division)
M/s. Fem Care Pharma Limited is taken over by M/s. Dabur India Limited. Chemical Division Factory situated at Gut No. 204, Wadivarhe is purchased back by Original Promoters i.e. Mr. Sunil H. Pophale, Chairman & Managing Director along with all liabilities and receivables as is where is basis and the name is changed to Vadivarhe Speciality Chemicals Limited without change in the nature of business.

Vadivarhe Speciality Chemicals Limited is registered with The Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra under the Corporate Identity Number: U24100MH2009PLC190516 dated 23rd February 2009 and Certificate of Commencement of Business bearing Corporate Identity Number: U24100MH2009PLC190516 dated 06th March 2009 is also issued by The Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra. All other necessary licenses are obtained.

The company has a reputation of introducing new concepts since its inception.
Chemical division is started in the year 1997 with the manufacturing of “ORTHO-ESTERS “ first time in India as an import substitute to meet the demand of steroid manufacturers, and started exporting the same since 1998.
In the year 2007 separate manufacturing unit for chemicals is constructed with the investment of $4.0 million USD located at Nashik which is about 150 kilometers from Mumbai.
This is an “STATE OF THE ART “ facility spread over 13152 square meters of land and owns modern technological plants .

• Separate building for Quality Control Lab.
• Separate Utility Buildings for Boiler, Chilling plant, DM water plant
• Separate solvent storage facility
• Separate Raw material and finished goods store
• Separate Effluent Treatment Plant.



Vadivarhe Speciality Chemicals Limited staff represents over 70 qualified employees in following departments: production, research & development, analytical, technical and financial.
Expert production team is supported by outstanding R & D setup and excellent Q.A Q.C team having HPLC , GC, FTIR , UV Spectrophotometer, etc.

To begin with we have 4- Glass Lined reactors and 7- SS reactors,
5- glass assemblies of 100 liters and 2- glass assemblies of 50 liters, FBD, RCVD, Two Tray Driers, Vacuum systems, Fractionation assemblies. Etc.

Separate ETP facility is provided for waste water treatment.
