About Solutions 2012 in AIT Pune , Dighi Hills , Alandi Road, Pune

"We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit." This is not just a sentence but a synonym for our Fest "SOLUTIONS" , conducted every year in the month of February . AIT, known city wide for its exemplary fest brings yet another year of adrenaline rush, an era of participation that will enrapture students for eons to come . Our USP is rising above the shackles of being pensive and coming up with something concrete and fruitful.
Solutions 2012 ,scheduled from 19th to 21st February aims at ensuring a competitive environment among the students of Pune by encapsulating myraids of events. In a span of three days , We have 20 events together with the fun events that promise to keep you engrossed even in times of exhaustion, turmoil and fret. If You have been undervalued by someone , its just the right platform to show your wits and following fashion. Our theme for 2012 is TIME , an acronym for Think Ideate Make Execute. The theme speaks for itself. The events are as Under.

1)Code Red: See Logic in everything around you ? Your Daily Grammar is a syntax ? Algorithms and Flowcharts cloud your brain ? Love to solve new and challenging problems ? If your answer is a yes , then believe you me you have landed at the right place . Code red is just the right kind of event for you. Its Known throughout Pune as AIT's Trademark as it lives up to the expectations of participants with the quirky questions . Whats more . The participants leave no stone unturned to grab the prizes .

2)Vulcan: "Baby , You're a firework !! Come and Show them What's your worth" Firework is precisely what Vulcan is symbolised as . Historically speaking Vulcan was a Roman God of technology that gave the world , what we now use as appurtenances. Time for you to live your dream of living in a society deserted of all the social evils by applying the congenial ways of technology. In short its time for you to be the next Vulcan. Get your vision penned down into an idea and present it with all the rhetoricity to the panel of judges .

3)Data Bus Pirates: Have you always been enticed by the networking Or for that matter , thwarted or protracted by the ways IPs work ? Do you plan to be the next Techie Sherlock Holmes by digging into the different layers of OSI model ? If you have been smiling all the while reading this . Data bus pirates strikes a chord with you . You are made for it . All you need to do is just finding clues and unravel the mystery of networks to reach your destination.

4)Nand It: Do you consider yourself as sharp or snappy ? Do you always decide things instantly in boolean ? How often you use the words - True or False or for that matter Yes or No ? If you are astounded , you just have the passion for boolean digital circuits which needs to be unleashed and we give you the right platform. Scrutinize problems and arrive at a solution with just two magical numbers 0 and 1.

5)Impedance: Electronics and Telecommunications ? Love it or hate it . You just can't ignore it . If ICs and silicon chips are your world and if you think you can do wonders on the bread board , Trust me your mania for Electronics need a channel and we give you the right exposure to make your talent pecuniary . Time to win a few accolades.

6)Tech Quiz: Are your hideouts, generally library's Tech Magazine section ? Do you love reading about new gadgets everyday ? Do lazy unawared people vex you ? Do you have a penchant for whats happening in the world of technology and an interest for new softwares coming in ? If Yes . You are the right person to take part in Tech Quiz.

7)Tech Sudoku: While reading newspapers , Has it happened with you that you end up at the Sudoko section out of nowhere? Yes you got it right .Your appetite for Sudoku will be taken care of here with the right kind of technical clues.

8)Gaming : Are you a big time Gamer ? Do you dream of firing in the hole or regrouping your team ? Do you feel being chased by cars or for that matter feeling regretful for having lost a football match ? Our gaming event will take you to a rollercoaster ride with CS , NFS and FIFA , for you to live up to your desire for gaming !

9)Robotics: Do you have the potential of making your robot follow your steps? Are microcontrollers your world ? Then Get out of your shell and claim for the extol that you aspire for and deserves the most . Robotics events like Monsterbot Rally,line tracer,Robo race etc gives you immense exposure to experiment your talents. A must for the beginners !

10)Spark: Being a BE isn't an easy task when you have the daggers of deadline for your Project Submissions? University will give you marks but we offer an attractive deal . Share your BE project with deemed members from the industry and win a handsome amount as a token for all your efforts . Its the idea that matters and incompletion is not an issue. Who knows you might end up getting a placement offer !!

12)Dream Weaver: Does your canvas use languages like HTML,XML,PHP,JAVASCRIPT etc instead of brushes. ? Do you believe painting your dreams onto the internet ? We give you a chance to weave your dreams to develop a marvellously attractive website .

13)Tech Snap Hunt: Are of repenting for having lost your interest in photography after joining a technical college? Are you competent enough to crack clues and reach to your goals ? We give you the right opportunity to club up these two qualities. Enter into a hunt to unveil the answers in the form of a snap by making use of some technical starter questions.

14)Contraption :"Energy is neither created nor destroyed but can be transfered from one form to the another." have you found yourself analysing the energy conversions taking place around you ? Contraption is just your kind of event.

15)Srijna: Are you a creater ? Do you have the art of designing things with your wits of technology ? Do you yearn for developing a system for society's welfare? Srijna or the model making is just so apt for you !!

16)CID Case study: Do you believe in the ramification of the problem and finding ways to solve it under pressure. Are your skills in MS power point worth complimenting ? Investigate our problem statement like CID .Study and win it.

17)IC engine Race: Are you a hardcore mechanical freak ? Are your nights misted by the thoughts of engines and tracks ? Do you long to recover all the money you invested in making your engine ? We give you incentives as you perform exceptionally well.

18)Pro E Modelling: Are you a good designer of mechanical equipments ? Do you give "popping of eyeballs" moment to other people who look at your ways with Pro e ? Trust me its a unique event for all you plaudits out there.

19) Fun events: Not just For the modicum of people who get tired and bored of tiresome technical events but also for the rejuvenating people who connect the most with fun events. We assure to keep you engaged with events like:
Bhag Mote Bhaag, Mehndi Competition, Darts, Blind date, Tv series quiz, Box cricket, Book Cricket, Basketball Trials, Mr and Miss Solutions, Panipuri Eating Competition, Throw it and Get it, Bach ke Rehna Re Baba, Ab tera kya hoga Kaliya , Mogambo Khush Hua etc
